Richard M. Maniatis is a litigator and an associate attorney at Zaremba Brown, PLLC. Prior to joining Zaremba Brown, Mr. Maniatis worked at a prestigious personal injury defense firm in New York City, where he gained particular expertise in defending medical malpractice actions. Mr. Maniatis’ experience as a defense attorney equipped him with an invaluable skill set which he now utilizes to the benefit of his clients. Having defended personal injury cases, Mr. Maniatis is now able to prosecute such cases from a strategic vantage point—one that strengthens his ability to obtain favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Maniatis graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor degree. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Fordham University, where he graduated with honors.
Mr. Maniatis is admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey, and is licensed to practice in both states. He is admitted to the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, and the American Bar Association.
