Anthony M. Beneduce is a passionate trial attorney dedicated to pursuing justice on behalf of injured construction workers. As a former laborer and member of the Construction & General Building Laborers’ Local 79, Mr. Beneduce is proud to advocate for injured union members.

While working as a laborer, Mr. Beneduce experienced unsafe conditions on construction sites, where deadlines and profit were sometimes placed above worker safety. These experiences propelled Mr. Beneduce into his legal career with one focus: to pursue justice on behalf of injured victims.

Prior to joining Zaremba Brown, Mr. Beneduce served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable trial skills and tried several cases to verdict. Mr. Beneduce then worked as an Associate at a prominent Long Island plaintiffs personal injury firm, where he represented victims of negligence and childhood sexual abuse.

Mr. Beneduce is dedicated to service inside and outside the courtroom. He serves on the Brooklyn Law School Diversity Alumni Admissions Board, on the Board of Directors for the Puerto Rican Bar Association, and as Secretary of the Young Lawyers Committee for the New York County Lawyers Association.

Mr. Beneduce is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
