Thomas T. Papain is an Associate Attorney at Zaremba Brown. He represents injured persons in various practice areas including labor law construction site accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, automobile accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, and other personal injury matters. In all of his cases, Papain has one primary focus: to obtain just compensation for his clients.
Before joining Zaremba Brown, Papain worked as an attorney at a reputable national defense firm. He worked on a myriad of personal injury matters on behalf of insurance companies. His time working as a defense attorney has provided Papain with an invaluable perspective on personal injury cases, which he now utilizes to obtain justice for his clients.
Papain graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor degree and interned at the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice. Before law school, Papain obtained his undergraduate degree from Fordham University. During his time at Fordham University, he competed as a varsity member of the cross-country, indoor, and outdoor track teams.
Papain is admitted to the New York State Bar and is licensed to practice law in New York. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Papain is co-chair of the New Lawyers Committee and serves as a member of the European Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a Board member of the Hellenic Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Hellenic American Leadership Council.
