Kelly Hyman is a nationally recognized plaintiff’s attorney. Hyman has been called a “modern day Erin Brockovich” by Forbes due to her extensive experience in complex litigation such as mass torts and class actions.
She has served on the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee in the Similac/Enfamil NEC lawsuit against Abbott Laboratories and Mead Johnson, as well as a member of the Discovery Committee for the Philips CPAP lawsuit.
Hyman is a member of the Colorado, Florida, New York, North Carolina and Washington D.C. Bars. She was re-elected as the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 for Florida and achieved the AV Preeminent Rating, the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
