Michelle Clemmens

Michelle Clemmens is a trial attorney with 15 years of experience representing plaintiffs exclusively in their claims for injuries in construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and in slip/trip and fall accidents. Over the years, Ms. Clemmens secured significant settlements and verdicts for her clients, including many seven-figure settlements for injured workers. At Zaremba Brown, Ms. Clemmens specializes in complex personal injury litigation in the areas of general liability, construction site liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death actions.

Ms. Clemmens graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with degrees in Journalism and Political Science in 2002, and from Fordham University School of Law in 2005 with her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Ms. Clemmens worked on the International Law Journal and was a member of the Fordham University Student Sponsored Fellowship. She is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She resides in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter.
